Back Problems

back-painA vast majority of the clients we see suffer from back pain, be it headaches, lower back pain or a locked neck. Most back problems can be managed (if not cured) with physio treatment, simple exercises, a change in ergonomics (the way you sit at your desk for example), a change in lifestyle (weight loss, gentle exercise, stress management) and a change in your posture (pilates classes).

If necessary we refer you on for investigations such as X Rays or MRI, or refer you on to orthopaedic doctors that we would recommend.
